We have an opportunity for a General Manager to join our team in a newly created role. We are looking for a person who is capable of managing a small business. This will include taking care of clients, overseeing staff, driving sales growth, closing sales, assisting with a busy rentals department, inwards and outwards goods, warehousing as well as contributing to our marketing initiatives.

It’s a diverse role which would suit someone who is looking to make their mark within a business which could lead to ownership one day.

Practical knowledge of professional audio practice and the use of equipment is essential. Ideally you have previous experience in a management role. However, we will consider someone with a strong audio-visual background who shows the right potential for leadership. You can multitask under pressure and solve problems while retaining a sense of humour. Your work style is orderly yet innovative.

You delight in giving customers a memorable experience and can build relationships that ensure they keep coming back. You believe in working together to achieve outcomes – we are a small team so all work together to get the job done.

This is a fulltime role with a very competitive salary package.
